Register your
support for SDFL
To assist SDFL in getting grants we are asking all our friends, supporters and volunteers to register, so that we can show a head count to prosective donors. These donors are the ones that pay for our dogs and help maintain our no cost to client program.

Volunteer or Supporter Registration
The information you provide below is private and will only be used by SDFL in its fund raising efforts. This is not an application to become a volunteer! It is a survey to gather the names and addresses of everyone that supports our cause and program.
It will not be sold, rented, transfered or given to any 3rd parties. We will not mail or email you anything.

and to confirm you are real person vs just a name on a list.

Nearly $50,000 in potential grants are affected by this survey. Your assistance will help ensure our dogs continued funding for 2011.

Would you volunteer to be on the SDFL committee, helping create ideas for the board.
